How can the Prophetic saying "Whoever prays forty days in congregation, never missing the opening Takbir, will be granted two absolutions: one from hypocrisy and one from polytheism" be applied given the circumstances of working in a hospital where one is compelled to pray Dhuhr and Asr inside the operating rooms?

The virtue of attaining the first takbir (takbirat al-ihram) mentioned in the hadith: "Whoever prays to Allah for forty days in congregation, reaching the first takbir, will be granted two immunities: immunity from the Fire and immunity from hypocrisy," is achieved by a Muslim praying in congregation with others. A congregation is formed by two or more people.
