Is the reward for supplication doubled: once for its worship and once for its being answered or stored?

Supplication (Du'a) is one of the greatest acts of worship. Its benefit is not limited to its being answered and the fulfillment of the servant's need in this world; rather, it includes the reward for it as an act of worship to Allah. If a supplication is not answered in this world and does not avert a tribulation, its supplicant is rewarded for it in two ways: the reward for the supplication itself, and what is stored for them in the Hereafter in return for their supplication. However, if it is answered in this world, then in the Hereafter, they receive only the reward for the supplication, as it is an act of worship in itself.
