Are all banks in Doha involved in usury except for Al Rayan Bank?

The preacher's generalization that there are no Sharia-compliant banks in Qatar is incorrect. On the contrary, there are Islamic banks there that are subject to Sharia supervision, and dealing with them is permissible. The existence of individual transgressions does not justify judging them as usurious.
