How is the estate divided for a woman who passed away and left behind a husband, a daughter, two sons, three Christian sisters, two brothers—one of whom is Christian—and two non-Muslim parents?

If the wife is a Muslim, only her Muslim heirs inherit from her, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim."

Her estate is divided as follows: the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of children, and the remainder goes to the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. Her Muslim brother does not inherit due to the presence of a male child, and her non-Muslim parents do not inherit. The estate is divided into 60 parts: the husband receives 15, each son receives 18, and the daughter receives 9.

However, if the wife is not a Muslim, only those who share her religion inherit from her.
