Is it permissible to deduct the value of unpaid overtime hours by the company in exchange for the previous personal use of company tools?

An employee in governmental or private entities is considered a special agent (اجير خاص), and their possession of the company's properties is a trust (يد أمانة). It is not permissible for them to use these properties except for their work or with prior permission. If an employee consumes something from the company's assets for their personal benefit, they must return what they consumed or its value. This is one of the conditions for repentance related to the rights of people (عباد). However, if the employee works overtime for which they were not paid, it is permissible for them to reclaim their right from the company's assets, provided that the due wage is equal to or greater than what they consumed. But if the overtime hours are included in the original contract, then they are not permitted to do so.
