What is the ruling regarding a husband telling his wife: "You, your food, and your drink are forbidden to me, if you are not as I wish"?

If the husband says to his wife: "You, your food, and your drink are forbidden to me if you are not as I wish," then if the wife becomes as he wishes, nothing is incumbent upon that. But if she does not become as he wishes, then the ruling depends on the husband's intention. If he intended divorce, then she is divorced. If he intended zihar (a form of Arabian divorce where the husband says to his wife "You are to me as my mother's back"), then zihar has occurred. If he intended an oath, or did not intend anything specific, then he must offer expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) if he has sexual intercourse with her, or eats or drinks from her food.
