"Whoever precedes his Imam in saying 'Amin' does not attain the virtue of coinciding with the Imam, due to the Prophet's ﷺ saying: (So whoever coincides). However, if the Imam delays in saying 'Amin', there is no harm for the follower to say 'Amin'."
