Is the meaning of "repeating rukoo'" that he repeats the rukoo' within a single rak'ah, or that he performs abundant rukoo' and sujood?

The aforementioned narration has a sound chain of transmission (sahih isnad). It appears that the repetition of bowing (ruku') and prostrating (sujud) means increasing the number of rak'ahs after the Fajr (dawn) prayer begins. This is the meaning adopted by Al-Bayhaqi, and a prohibition against it is mentioned in the hadith: "There is no prayer after the dawn appears except the two rak'ahs of Fajr." As for bowing more than once in a single rak'ah, it is not legislated except in the eclipse prayer. Whoever intentionally does so, their prayer becomes invalid.
