Is a man's will permissible, dictating that his inheritance not be distributed until after his wife's death?

The estate belongs to the heirs. The deceased is not permitted to stipulate preventing them from receiving and disposing of it until his wife dies. Therefore, such a will is not valid, and no one is allowed to prevent the distribution of the estate to its rightful beneficiaries based on it, unless all adult, sane heirs agree to it.
