Do the physical movements, such as placing her head on my shoulder, attempting to kiss, and holding my hand, coming from a committed friend who is older than me, indicate love not for the sake of Allah?

It is not possible to definitively interpret your friend's behavior, but the default is to assume the best of a committed Muslim woman, and she is presumed to be far from sexual perversion. Love for the sake of Allah is مشروع (legitimate/prescribed), and natural love is مباح (permissible). As for lustful love, it is محرم (forbidden) except between spouses. One must distance oneself from someone involved in forbidden lustful love and enjoin them to cease the wrongdoing without shyness or embarrassment, for Allah has forbidden cooperation in sin and aggression, and has commanded enjoining good and forbidding evil.
