Is it permissible to sell a website by installment, provided that ownership transfers to the buyer after all installments have been paid, with the buyer having the right to dispose of the website during the installment period, and then sell it to a third party before ownership transfer, and pay the remaining installments to the original seller?

If the two parties agree that the sold item remains in the seller's name until its price is paid in full, then the buyer is not permitted to sell it except with the seller's permission. This falls under the category of mortgaging the sold item for its price, which is permissible according to some scholars, and the International Islamic Fiqh Academy has adopted this view.
