What is the ruling on dealing with the Agricultural Development and Credit Bank, Islamic Transactions Branch, in Egypt?

It is not possible to rule on dealing with the mentioned branch due to lack of knowledge about the reality of its transactions. However, if the branch does not deal with usury in its operations and is not affected by the usurious bank to which it belongs, then there is no objection to dealing with it in a Sharia-compliant manner.
