What is the meaning of the statement, "He refrains from that and says to the evil one: You have spoken the truth, and there is nothing upon him," in the context of the self's whispers of divorce?

Al-Mawwaq al-Maliki mentioned in "Al-Taj wa Al-Iklil" that the meaning of "he turns away from that" is to disregard whispers (waswas) and slips of the tongue, and that no divorce results from it. As for the saying, "You have spoken truthfully, and there is nothing upon him," it is an address to Satan, belittling his whispers and turning away from them, as if to say: You have spoken truthfully in what you have whispered, but it has no effect and does not obligate me to a divorce.
