Is it permissible to attach a family guesthouse (diwan) building to a mosque building on a plot of land donated for the construction of the mosque?

If a donation is made, whether verbally or by starting the construction of a mosque, the donated item ceases to be the property of the donor, and the donor is not permitted to dispose of it in a way that contradicts the purpose of the donation.
