What is the ruling on one who says, "The Maghrib prayer will be called today at six o'clock"?

There is no harm in specifying the time of the Maghrib Adhan if it is based on certainty or a strong presumption of knowing the prayer times or a reliable timing. However, it is not permissible to proceed with this information if it is confirmed to be inconsistent with reality, as it would involve prohibited lying.
