The trousers become impure if you are certain that wetness has reached them, and the entire suspected area must be washed. However, if you doubt whether wetness has reached them and are not certain, then there is no obligation upon you. The bed does not become impure because no impurity has fallen on it, neither by doubt nor certainty; it is pure and does not require washing. One must be wary of the whispers of Satan.
