Is it obligatory to make up or offer expiation for someone who fondled his wife after intercourse until the call to Fajr prayer, then got up to perform ghusl and pray?

If there was no intercourse or ejaculation due to foreplay after the dawn (Fajr) adhan, then the fast is valid and not affected by that, especially if intercourse had ended before the adhan.
