If a traveler intends to stay in a country for four days or more, it is not permissible for him to shorten or combine prayers. Rather, he is obliged to pray the full prayer. Therefore, it is required to pray the full prayer throughout the period of stay at work, as well as when going to oil wells for work, unless the oil wells are at a distance that permits shortening prayers from the place of residence, in which case it is permissible to shorten the prayer until returning.
