Does a triple divorce occur due to swearing by divorce in a moment of anger, and does it differ from saying, "You are divorced"?

If someone swears an oath by triple divorce to do something and then does not do it, the triple divorce takes effect, according to the majority of scholars, and the wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another husband. Some scholars are of the view that an oath is specified by the reason that prompted it, so if the reason ceases to exist, the swearer does not break his oath.

The difference between saying "You are divorced" and conditional divorce is: 1. "You are divorced" is an explicit pronouncement by which divorce takes effect by consensus. 2. Conditional divorce does not take effect, according to some scholars (such as Ibn Taymiyyah), if the swearer did not intend divorce but rather a threat, and he must offer an expiation for a broken oath. 3. Conditional divorce can be specified by intention or by the context of the oath. 4. It is possible to revoke a conditional divorce, according to some scholars, if the swearer intended divorce and not an oath.
