Is "Amen" said after Al-Fatiha in the third and fourth rak'ahs of prayer?

Saying "Ameen" (Amen) is recommended after reciting Al-Fatiha for anyone who recites it, whether in prayer or outside of it. It is recommended in every Rak'ah (unit) of prayer for every worshipper, whether they are an Imam, praying alone, or a congregant. The congregant says "Ameen" to their Imam's recitation.
