Is the Hadith, "He who sends blessings upon me 300 times will not be written among the negligent," authentic from the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him?

The aforementioned hadith was not reported, but hadiths encouraging abundant prayers upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, were reported. It is also established that whoever recites ten verses from the Quran will not be recorded among the heedless.
