Must the will of the deceased concerning Hajj and Umrah be carried out, even though he had already performed them, and his affliction with Alzheimer's prevented him from updating it?

If a person makes a will while being an adult and of sound mind, it is valid and must be executed within the limits of one-third (of the estate). Anything exceeding one-third depends on the approval of the adult and mature heirs. The majority of scholars hold that the onset of insanity or idiocy in the testator does not invalidate the will, and it must be fulfilled within the limits of one-third. However, the Hanafis are of the view that if pervasive insanity or idiocy continues until death, it invalidates the will. The preponderant opinion is that of the majority. Memory loss and forgetting the will do not invalidate it. Therefore, this will must be fulfilled, provided it does not exceed one-third of the estate.
