Can a married couple pray the two Rak'ahs of the wedding night two months after the marriage, and what is their manner, the supplications and verses related to them, and does not praying them affect the marriage?

It has not been authentically reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that it is recommended for the spouses to pray two rak'ahs upon consummation of the marriage. Rather, it has been reported from some of the Companions. There is no blame on whoever prays them or leaves them. It is recommended for the spouses to pray two rak'ahs together upon entering [the marriage], and for the man to take the forelock of his wife and say: "O Allah, I ask You for her goodness and the goodness of what You have instilled in her, and I seek refuge in You from her evil and the evil of what You have instilled in her." These two rak'ahs are performed like any other two rak'ahs, with no specific recitation, dhikr, or supplication in them. Not performing them does not affect the marriage. If the reason for praying them has passed, such as a long time having elapsed since the marriage, then it is not recommended to perform them.
