Is it permissible for the buyer in a Murabaha to a Purchaser arrangement to ask the seller to add decorative works that increase the property's value without receiving a financial return, or to assign this task to another contractor and request payment from the financing entity to two individuals?

There is no objection to the buyer asking the homeowner to add desired decorative works and other additions to the house, with their cost added to the sale price, thereby determining the final price of the property. It is also permissible to deal with the bank through two separate transactions: the first being the bank's purchase of the house, and the second being an istisna' (manufacturing) contract with the bank to carry out the decorative works and address deficiencies, provided that the bank agrees with the party who will perform these works. This is permissible on condition that the conditions and Sharia regulations of istisna' are observed.
