And should he assign it the ruling of both semen and pre-seminal fluid, or should he act upon what he deems most likely, and should he attribute it to his last sleep?

A person afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder should not pay attention to it. If he doubts whether something has exited from him, the 기본 원칙 is that nothing has exited until he is certain. If he is certain that something has exited but doubts its type (semen or pre-seminal fluid), he should choose and assign it the ruling of one of them. If he doubts the time of its exit, he should attribute it to the closest probable time. He should not repeat prayers unless he is certain that he prayed them without purification.
