Is it possible to find out who placed the two hijabs in the car and how to dispose of them?

It is not permissible to accuse others of practicing magic merely based on suspicion, because "some suspicion is a sin." If the accusation leads to cutting off family ties, the sin becomes greater, and one must repent to Allah. Magic can be undone by burying it. It is not permissible to go to soothsayers and astrologers, for whoever goes to a soothsayer and believes what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, and whoever goes to him and questions him, his prayers will not be accepted for forty nights.
