Are the heirs entitled to claim the salary which the paternal uncle and aunt claimed to have spent on the father, and are they entitled to the apartment which the grandfather registered in the names of the paternal uncle and aunt?

Registering the apartment in the name of some heirs without legal possession does not transfer ownership and is considered a bequest to an heir. If the remaining heirs do not consent, the apartment is to be divided according to Islamic inheritance law. As for the deceased's salary, if he entrusted the money to his two sons or authorized them to dispose of it, their statement, under oath, that no money remains, is accepted. This is because the word of the trustworthy person is accepted under oath regarding the delivery of a trust to its rightful owner, whether during his lifetime or after his death.
