Is it permissible to say: "Al-himdi Lillahi" with a kasra on the ḥā’ and mīm, instead of "Al-ḥamdu Lillahi" with a fatḥa on the ḥā’ and sukoon on the mīm?

If a worshipper pronounces "al-Hamdu lillah" with a kasra on the letter 'dal' in Surat al-Fatihah, it is a minor linguistic error that does not alter the meaning nor invalidate the prayer, even if done intentionally. However, intentionally committing this error is forbidden. But if the linguistic error alters the meaning, then the prayer is invalidated if done intentionally, and the recitation must be repeated if done unintentionally. This linguistic error, when not in prayer or the Quran, carries no sin, but it is contrary to the rules of the Arabic language.
