Is the salary earned from the new job permissible or impermissible, knowing that the reason for the approval of the unpaid leave from the parent university was a lie?

The employee should have adhered to the terms of the employment contract without deception or lying. He must repent to Allah Almighty and seek His forgiveness. As for his salaries from his new job, they are permissible for him if his work is permissible.
