What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding daughters demanding their inheritance from their father who wrote over his properties to his minor male children without the knowledge of his daughters?

This type of deception and fraud is not permissible according to Sharia. The guardian (of the deceased's affairs) must refer these transactions to Sharia, and the man's inheritance should be distributed among all his heirs according to the Book of Allah. This fictitious sale, intended to circumvent Sharia and seize the rights of others, holds no validity. It is also not permissible for a father to exclusively gift some of his sons or daughters without the others.
