What is the ruling on a woman who performed one or more 'Umrahs and did not shorten her hair, then performed subsequent 'Umrahs and did shorten it? Is anything required of her for the previous 'Umrahs?

If someone omits shaving or shortening their hair forgetfully or out of ignorance, their 'Umrah is valid, but they must offer a fidyah (a compensatory sacrifice) to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed among the poor. There is no sin upon them. If someone exits the state of ihram from 'Umrah without shaving or shortening their hair, and then enters ihram for Hajj, they must offer a fidyah for omitting the shaving or shortening, and their ritual is considered Tamattu'.
