What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the ongoing dispute between partners concerning the division of capital, profits, and losses, and to what extent is the decision of the customary committee binding, and is it permissible to repay debt with usurious money?

It is permissible to participate with two assets and two bodies, and to distribute the profits equally. It is not permissible to dispose of the partnership's assets in a second transaction without the partner's consent. If the partner does not approve the second transaction, then he is only entitled to his original share. The partner's share is only known by ascertaining the amount of money present. If the money is in another currency, it should be divided by mutual agreement, or by converting it to the local currency. It is permissible to pay off a debt from usurious money if the debtor is poor and unable to pay from other funds.
