Is the fast of one who put ointment on her face, then wiped her hand on her garment, then put her hand in her mouth to turn pages, and felt the taste of the ointment in her mouth and throat, considered acceptable or is she sinful?

The fast is broken if the ointment mixes with saliva and its taste is intentionally swallowed. However, if it reaches the throat unintentionally, or if it does not reach at all and was merely a hallucination, then the fast is valid and there is nothing upon you. The basic principle for the validity of the fast is that nothing that invalidates it occurs. If there is obsessive whispering (waswas), then ignore it and turn away from it.
