Is it obligatory to fulfill a deceased father's vow to slaughter a calf and distribute its meat, and should the entire vow be distributed to the poor, or to the poor and relatives?

If the deceased left behind sufficient assets to fulfill their vow, it is obligatory to execute it from their estate in the manner they specified: by distributing a portion of the slaughtered calf to the poor and a portion to the deceased's family. This distribution does not negate the vow being for the sake of Allah. However, if the deceased did not leave behind assets sufficient to fulfill their vow, then their heirs are not obligated to execute it.
