What is the ruling on entering a person's orchard, surrounded by a metal fence, without their permission?

It is not permissible to enter another person's property without their permission, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own houses." And whoever enters another's property without their permission has committed a sin. Entering another's property without permission is not permissible even if it is to remove harm. Thus, a neighbor does not have the right to enter his neighbor's garden to cut the fronds of a palm tree that have extended into his property.
