If a clean drop of water falls on the trousers from the outside after wiping the glans and leaving the bathroom, is it obligatory to wash the penis again? And is it sufficient to limit oneself to ritual cleansing (istinja') with a tissue and washing the hands after urinating while standing, given the condition of frequent urination?

We ask Allah Almighty for a swift recovery for the patient from what he is suffering. If he performs istinja' from urine impurity, and then water falls on the place of istinja', it does not become impure, and he is not required to wash his penis. It is permissible for him to urinate standing in the aforementioned bathroom. He is not required to wash his hands and feet upon exiting unless he is certain that they have been contaminated with impurity.

If he doubts whether he has been splashed with urine, he is not required to wash the doubted area. He is not required to inspect if he doubts that impurity has touched his body or clothes; it is sufficient for him to act upon the fundamental principle, which is the absence of impurity. A person should beware of waswas (obsessive whispers) and not open the door to them for himself, because giving in to them leads to great evil. And Allah knows best.
