What is the ruling on money earned monthly from "YouTube" in exchange for publishing videos and user subscriptions, knowing that the company is infidel and may deal with usury and lottery?

If the content of the videos and the channel is permissible, then there is no harm in taking payment for them. There is no prohibition in dealing with companies that have mixed funds, as long as the dealing is in permissible matters. Expecting them to engage in impermissible acts does not prevent this, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, dealt with the Jews despite their engagement in usury.
