What is the ruling on someone who forgot the two rak'ahs of Fajr prayer, then remembered them after performing Jumu'ah prayer?

If the two rak'ahs of Fajr prayer refer to the obligatory prayer, then one must hasten to perform them immediately upon remembering, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever forgets a prayer, let him pray it when he remembers it; there is no expiation for it except that." If the two rak'ahs refer to the Sunnah of Fajr, then it is permissible to make them up, according to the more preponderant opinion.
