Does God answer the prayers of an immoral person who commits sins while being aware of them?

Allah answers the supplication of the distressed and the oppressed, even if the one supplicating is a disbeliever or a wicked person, due to His Almighty saying: "Is not He who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes evil, and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there any god with Allah? Little do you remember."
