Leverage is a loan that yields a stipulated benefit, and it is not permissible to deal with it because the broker only lends so that the account holder trades through him. This increases the platform's profits by increasing commissions or the volume of transactions, and the loan cannot be withdrawn or utilized outside the account. However, if it is possible to avoid this, and one deals only with their own capital, and buys and sells what is permissible, along with the availability of other Shariah-compliant controls, then there is no objection.
