Is it permissible to visit graves every Thursday and recite the Qur’an there, or can graves be visited at any time and on any day? Is it recommended to specify the annual commemorative day for reciting the Qur’an?

The ruling on women visiting graves has been previously explained in Fatwa no. 31789, along with its conditions, which include that a woman should not visit excessively and that there is no specific time for her to do so. The ruling on reciting the Quran at the grave was also previously addressed in Fatwa no. 37172, and the ruling on what is called "the annual commemoration" was discussed in Fatwa no. 40831.
