What is the right of the questioner to the plot of land he won in his name, knowing that its costs were paid by the company, and that one of the partners told the questioner that he would be satisfied later?

If you proceed with the purchase of a piece of land to be owned by the company, merely registering the land in your name does not make it your property. If, in return, you put in extra work, you have the right to claim a fair wage (ujrat al-mithl) for your effort. Using another person's name in a purchase falls under the concept of "buying influence" (thaman al-jah), about which scholars have differed. The preponderant opinion (al-qawl al-rajih) is that it is permissible to take a fair wage (ujrat al-mithl) if the person of influence (dhu al-jah) incurs expenses, effort, or travel. However, if you proceed with the purchase intending the land to be your property, it is permissible to sell it to the company for the agreed-upon price. It is obligatory to adhere to the laws and conditions established for land ownership if there is a public interest involved.
