Who inherits the incapacitated person upon the death of his father: his daughters or his siblings? And do only his daughters inherit him upon his death?

The insane person and the minor cannot dispose of their own wealth; rather, their guardian or custodian manages their money. If the insane person dies, their heirs divide their inheritance. The division of inheritance and the management of minors' funds are serious and complex matters that cannot be addressed merely by a fatwa. Instead, they must be referred to Sharia courts or discussed directly with scholars, due to the possibility of heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that the heirs may not be aware of.
