Is it permissible to take an interest-bearing loan from a bank to purchase a burial plot due to the the lack of necessary funds and the continuous rise in prices?

It is not permissible to take a usurious loan to purchase a burial plot, because it is only permitted in cases of dire necessity that would lead to destruction or severe hardship, and purchasing a burial plot is not among them. Allah has forbidden usury and cursed its devourer, its giver, its scribe, and its two witnesses.
