If you doubt your intention to divorce by saying to your wife: "You will not return home except on condition of leaving work," then the default is not intending divorce. Thus, the wife is not divorced, even if she does what you conditioned her divorce upon. Do not pay attention to this doubt, as it may increase your waswasa (whispers/obsessive thoughts), especially since you suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
