Is it permissible to share videos that contain music or direct visitors to them?

If the music is slight and accompanies beneficial material, then there is no harm in that. However, if the music dominates the material, and the benefits therein are essential and cannot be obtained except by listening, it is hoped that there will be no harm in that, with the caveat that music is forbidden, and what is forbidden is listening (intentional) not mere hearing (unintentional). And those who disseminate such materials should warn people that music is among the reprehensible acts.
