Is watching programs that display the logo of McDonald's restaurant, which previously mocked the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, considered an act of loyalty to them in their mockery and thus entails sin?

Merely watching television programs is not considered an act of loyalty to those appearing in them or an affirmation of any evil therein. The ruling remains on the content of the program itself, in terms of what is permissible and what is forbidden. Whoever denounces evil, even in their heart, is not considered a perpetrator of it. If a Muslim witnesses a sin and dislikes it, it is as if they were absent from it; and whoever was absent from it but approved of it is as if they witnessed it.
