Is the delay in treating the hemorrhage that led to premature birth and the death of the infant considered a sin necessitating expiation (kaffarah) and blood money (diyah)?

If the baby girl was born naturally and in good health, then died ten days later, there is no blame on the mother. The mother's thought of getting rid of the fetus entails nothing, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for whatever occurs to their innermost selves, as long as they do not speak of it or act upon it." And neglecting to take medicine does not necessitate guarantee [of outcome], for seeking treatment is not obligatory according to the majority of the imams, and the desired outcome may not be achieved through it. Therefore, there is no sin or expiation upon the mother for the death of the baby girl.
