Is it recommended to recite the morning adhkar (remembrances) aloud in congregation, or silently and individually, before the recitation of the Qur’an?

The basic principle is that everyone should recite remembrances (dhikr) and supplications (du'a) individually without raising their voice in a way that disturbs others, as this is the Sunnah. It is permissible to repeat remembrances with others for the purpose of teaching, but if it is done with the intention of drawing closer to Allah or as a method of worship, then it is an innovation (bid'ah) and is not permissible.
