My advice to someone suffering from obsessive whispers (waswas) is to completely disregard them and not empower Satan. It's important to know that these whispers do not expel a person from the fold of Islam, and one must strive against them. There is no need to utter the two declarations of faith (Shahadatayn) or anything else because of them. It is recommended to fill one's time and channel one's energy into beneficial activities, such as acquiring useful knowledge, engaging in productive work, serving the community, seeking permissible recreation, exercising, and associating with righteous and good people.
